We all have our set backs. I've had the flu for the past two weeks, and Sunday, it got out of control. Had to go to the ER with severe dehydration (dizziness, weakness, difficulty thinking, cotton mouth, etc.) and severe vomiting, with tightness in chest as a result. They gave me IV steroids and some meds, including anti-emetics, and I'll slowly be getting back to normal. I usually lose a lot of muscle mass in the recovery though. Let's hope not!

Focus on getting better and be patience with your body when you get back into swings of things. Sometimes we tend to over do it and forgot our body needs more time. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thank you! I am feeling much better, drinking lots of water and things with electrolytes. I'm getting smarter about taking time to recover as well lol. emoticon
