Breakfast ideas?

To avoid getting into a rut, what does everyone else out there eat for breakfast? I need to try some new things...

    Veggie or turkey sausage w/egg beaters
Fiber muffin
Fiber one cearal w/skim milk
Egg beater omlet w/onions, spinach & tomatoes

and an Activia with a big glass of water.These are 5 things I mix up to have a variety. Check the recipe section out. They have recipes for fiber muffins, oatmeal pancakes, and an egg omlet in a small bowl that can be fixed up ahead of time and kept in the frig for reheating.

    My favorite breakfast is 6-8oz of vanilla greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of quaker oats mixed in can add blueberries or strawberries or whatever or just eat it like that...its very filling...and if you dont like greek yogurt I also use danon light and fit good...its actually one of my favorite snacks too! :o)

    oatmeal with cinnamon (I like to soak my oats overnight before cooking in the morning, makes them a little smoother)
greek yogurt layered with berries 7 topped with sliced almonds
2 egg omelet with 1/4 c shredded cheese and diced melon
sunnyside up egg on a whole wheat bagel thin with a slice of reduced fat cheese & a piece of fruit
egg scrambled with leftover veggies wrapped in a tortilla, served with salsa

    I like toast with peanut butter and banana, or bran flakes with fruit.

    Greek yogurt (4 oz) and fruit (1 cup, usually whatever's on sale, this week it's strawberries) and a hardboiled egg (between 200 and 250 calories depending on what kind of fruit, etc).

I keep a box of Kashi GoLean Crunch at work because a cup is only 200 calories. It's a good breakfast if I'm in a rush in the morning.

    I have 1 boiled egg, 1/2 cup of oatmeal( like cereal can't handle the texture when cooked, weird I know) and a activia yogurt Sometimes I switch up and a about 2 oz. of oscar mayer turkey smoked sausage instead of the egg its a 20 calorie difference.

Special K with almond milk
Egg whites, turkey meat and grilled zucchini with onions
just some suggestions.
