Hey - I've been keeping up with things this week mostly, despite having a nasty cold been pushing myself.

This week I had to cut down hours at work because it made me sick. My body couldn't handle over 57 hours a week. I'm down to 51 - it still sucks but hey, gotta do what you gotta do.

My triggers - time limits make me stressed, which makes me want to eat. Busy times at work, and fighting with friends or families...I probably have more that I don't notice but those are the ones I do.

    I hope you get better soon but way to go on pushing through it. This has definitely been one of my favorite challenges of the BLC. I think knowing what causes you to behave a certain way is a great start to change the behavior because you can't fix "nothing" and not knowing what causes you to do something you don't want to do might as well be nothing. I think you did a good job of identifying a few triggers but since you indicated that there are likely to be more try to take some time and get those down on paper too. It's extra work but I'm sure it will benefit you and be worth it.
