Hey - I've been keeping up with things this week mostly, despite having a nasty cold been pushing myself.
This week I had to cut down hours at work because it made me sick. My body couldn't handle over 57 hours a week. I'm down to 51 - it still sucks but hey, gotta do what you gotta do.
My triggers - time limits make me stressed, which makes me want to eat. Busy times at work, and fighting with friends or families...I probably have more that I don't notice but those are the ones I do.
