I broke a 4 1/2 month plateau today putting me at 207.6, there are 2 short terms goals coming up. I lost 4.2 in 4 days consecutively, if I keep the pace I can reach these two within a couple weeks.
First I am shooting for 205-my high school weight as a senior. Second I am shooting for 200 as the magical number in which I cross over to the 1** mark!
The sacrifice I am doing on the lowest level of my Nutrition plan and the fitness everyday is yielding big rewards. I am so thrilled with the changes and I am doing everything in my power to keep the progress rolling.
I will be going back to Full Time School in 22 days, I was not able to make the Nutrition changes at that time. I am hoping that with a few weeks of the Nutrition level under my belt, I can hold steady. It would be a shame to lose all my progress!
With only 47.6 lbs remaining out of 153 lbs to lose, I have to keep the pace.
I have 2 dates in mind to complete this journey, of course the sooner the better because I have been 2 years and 9 months doing this journey.
The first date I would like for completion is December 31, 2012, before the end of the year and 2 days before my birthday.
If not, I at least want to complete this by April 3, 2013, my 3 year wedding anniversary!
