It's been a decent week. Went swimming last Thursday and I believe my husband is going to get us a pass so I can go more often. I didn't feel any pressure on my back at all, and didn't hurt the next day. Other than that did my Tai Cheng all week and today added some Turbo Jam.

Weigh in tonight 175.8 lbs I'm down another 1.8 lbs, that's almost 4 lbs since the challenge started! It's keeping me on track even when I don't feel like I am doing well. I need to quit getting discouraged!

My daughter's 20th birthday is Thursday and she wants to go to Chili's, I must try not to over do it there! I want to get her something special since it is her first birthday back with us. I just don't know what to get her....ugh!

    great stuff! It's good to find a way to exercise which makes you feel good.

I'm sure your daughter would't be disappointed with a gift certificate for some clothes or stuff from Amazon. Everyone worries so much about giving the "right" gift, it's a stress we can all do without!
