I Logged 93 fitness minutes today which included treadmill, toning and my jog. i jogged 34 minutes which hubby said is around 2-2 1/2 miles. And for the first time in all my 41 years , i didn't stop!!! It was such a good feeling of accomplishment. Having been a smoker for years, and quitting two months ago sure made a difference in my breathing.
Here's to a good week of hard work, and trying to better myself!
