SparkCoach, A Cold, and the Shoulder Checkup Tomorrow

Checked out SparkCoach today. Not sure how new and fresh it is, but I'm needing to jazz things up, and since the first 2 weeks are free, I figure this will let me figure out if it's useful for me.
FYI, don't go to that link unless you're around the next 2 weeks. Looks like as soon as you visit the site, you start the 2 weeks.
My boys had a big bad cold for 4 or 5 days last week. Now I'm showing signs. I don't want to go down for the count like they did. I'm doing some vegan smoothies (really sorta juicing but with my blender, so fruit and veggies only), hoping that the nice kick of rawness will help my body fight things off. And I'm taking Cold-Eeze as well.
I missed all my training last week except for the Tuesday swim and a late week walk/hike. My body really really needed the break, and it thanked me for it. I was showing signs of IT band syndrome, and with rest plus daily attention with our foam roller, I think I've ground it out of me. I did a 3 mile run this morning, and my knee only told me "keep your shoulders over your hips" and no significant OWs like it had been last week. Now I can get back to my training except that two of the pools where I swim are both closed for their annual cleaning. Guess that's the good thing about being a triathlete. Always another option which means biking or running.
Tomorrow I see the sports medicine physician's assistant to start working out what's going on with my shoulder. It does hurt much less having had the week off, but there's still discomfort. I'm hoping she tells me I need to make a commitment to weight lifting to support it better; I stopped my absolutely consistent strength training in February, and I'm hoping this shoulder pain is part of the fallout of losing that part of my caring for myself.
And on a small note but with a definite sigh of relief, I've finished all the paperwork you have to do before your kid can return to school. PHEW!
FYI, I now have arrived at a new Spark Level!
