Thank you God----->Back to Day 1

Monday, August 06, 2012

Day 1.
I did some exercises for first time in 4 felt good...not winded at all...
Bless you Lord for allowing that...and for allowing me to keep the 30lbs I had lost off...
God amazes me...he loves me even when I forget how to love myself....

I feel so much more energized...
God is so good...
I am going to get this done....
No more putting it off for what I thought were better things------------->nothing is better than being healthier...
I am not in bad health I am lucky there but I need to get the weight off before I get older....

Thank you God for giving me unlimited chances and another day to love you and myself...
I know whenever I do fall...
you catch me in some way shape or form...
Thank you for allowing me to heal...I know it's going to take awhile...but I've done it before and I can do it again...I am strong....
love you

God is wonderful and always blessing us. Everyday is day one in my book because everyday is a new day or you can consider since you still have the amazing 30 lbs off, that you simply picked up where you left off. Regardless, glad your back and keep going strong. We can do it.

You're not "lucky," you're BLESSED. God is with you in your effort. Remember, He didn't create Adam and Eve with any sickness or lack of ability. It was only after they sinned that the door was opened to afflictions and disease. It is His will for you to be healthy.
