I would like to set some goals. I'm not going to commit to any goal dates because I don't want to disappoint myself but I will set goal weights... When I reach them I'll mark them with my weight and the date...
225 lbs - 224.4 (Oct 3, 2011)
215 lbs - 214.4 (Nov 21, 2011)
205 lbs - 204.8 (Jan 30, 2012)
195 lbs - 193.6 (April 30, 2012)
185 lbs - 184.6 (August 5, 2012)
175 lbs -
165 lbs -

The completion of these goals will put me at a total of 100 pounds down from my highest weight of 265 pounds! I'm excited to meet the last two, I'm so close!

    I love the idea of this goal list. Im going to do the same thing. It's more realistic to let your body do its thing at it's own pace. Trying for the two pounds a week sometimes can just be really disapointing. I think this is a great way to keep an eye on the prize.

    I too have done the same..set goal weights not goal dates...whoa Mama you only have 9.6 lbs to your next goal weight emoticon .. emoticon you will be checking that off in no time emoticon ...I'm looking to hit 175 and see where my Body is and go from there.. Have a fantabulous week hun
