This is very good advice, we often defeat ourselves by doing too much in the beginning. Start slow and build at a steady pace.

    My downfall...go full hog and then I get too stiff to continue the next day.

    Warm-up is a key to being able to go longer.
I could do warm-up for a long time, but I would never get my heart rate up.
