I have read numerous times, in various places, that sleep affects your weight. Even though I am obese, I am very much a go-go-go person. I typically get less than 6 hours of sleep a night, many times it is broken up. I stay up to wee hours in the morning and sleep till 10ish.
I know this sleep schedule is unhealthy. I always feel tired. I also feel so much more productive when I wake up early and have a ton of things accomplished BEFORE 10. I want to become a morning person. I want to be one of those ladies that is up at 6am and asleep by 10pm.
I have to focus on small goals. I am typically an all or nothing person, which is why I never keep the weight off. (that's another blog in itself). I am making sleep my main focus for this week. I am still going to eat right, but my main focus is going to be on my sleep.
