I started my day with an hour of yoga in the privacy of my living room. Since I am not exactly flexible, coordinated, or familiar with yoga poses I was not too confident that I could do the entire workout. However I figured I needed to start somewhere!
I managed to make it through the full hour with some modifications; I was dripping with sweat about 10 minutes into it and by the time I was done I think I lost 3 lbs in water! Never did I imagine that I would sweat so much from simple poses and breathing.

My legs were shaking, my arms ached... but I felt really good to have completed it!
After a late breakfast I grabbed a 32 oz bottle of water and headed out the door to run some errands, with the understanding that I would finish the bottle before getting back home. I made it to the bank, JC Penny, Sees candy (gift), Walmart (bathroom break #1), Kohls, Target (bathroom break #2) and the grocery store. Whew!
The rest of the day was spent puttering around the house, doing a lot of nothing, and taking a nap. I did manage to work up the energy to take the dog for a 45 minute walk about 7:30 pm.

Met all my goals for the day.
Crawled into bed at 10 pm and slept great!
