Day 48(?) of 100: Progress!

Monday, August 06, 2012

Yes!! I'm making progress!

I feel guilty because I'm not really giving this 100 day challenge my all. I am still working out daily, but I am doing the minimal. I know I need to step it up again and that's what I'm working on this week.

Today is weigh-in day. Since I've been eating more calories and doing less exercise, I was a bit worried about what the scale would say. It surprised me with a 2 pound loss for the week. And it's not just any 2 pounds, it's the 2 pounds that put in my in 40 pound loss club! And not only that, but I now have less than 100 pounds to lose to get to goal! This week is good week, indeed!

You go girl! We are doing this, even if it is the bare minimums. I'm not doing mass amounts myself and I must admit that I was sorta relieved to see that you aren't killing yourself while I'm slacking. Terrible, I know! But I do believe that I too can step it up and you got proof that even the little minimum stuff adds up with that 2 pound loss! Amazing! So stinkin' proud of you darlin!!!!
