Yes!! I'm making progress!
I feel guilty because I'm not really giving this 100 day challenge my all. I am still working out daily, but I am doing the minimal. I know I need to step it up again and that's what I'm working on this week.
Today is weigh-in day. Since I've been eating more calories and doing less exercise, I was a bit worried about what the scale would say. It surprised me with a 2 pound loss for the week. And it's not just any 2 pounds, it's the 2 pounds that put in my in 40 pound loss club! And not only that, but I now have less than 100 pounds to lose to get to goal! This week is good week, indeed!
