Hm, do I need to make stretching a priority? Sometimes I am so stiff it is hard to get up and down let alone exercise. And then when I walk, I walk like a little old lady. I am NOT a little old lady!!! But my back and legs get so stiff. Last night I guess I had an epiphany (?) maybe if I make stretching a priority it will help limber me up! So today I am going to look for some stretches that might help. Any suggestions? I am doing better with getting some exercise in every day... and I feel better when I do, but still stiff.
