Stiff. :(

Hm, do I need to make stretching a priority? Sometimes I am so stiff it is hard to get up and down let alone exercise. And then when I walk, I walk like a little old lady. I am NOT a little old lady!!! But my back and legs get so stiff. Last night I guess I had an epiphany (?) maybe if I make stretching a priority it will help limber me up! So today I am going to look for some stretches that might help. Any suggestions? I am doing better with getting some exercise in every day... and I feel better when I do, but still stiff.

    This is a great idea and one we could all benefit from. Actually, the classes I go to at the gym have stretching but the have a class called "active isolating stretch" and also yoga and pilates for beginners.

    Spark has some great tips all you need to do is
1 go to the healthy life style tab its on the bar over your page and click it it gives you several choices click in fitness this takes to a page that will help you find stretching exercises and even shows you how to do them. Stretching is one of the most important pieces in our work plan Spark tells up and i believe like you learned it the hard way hope this helps have a great day
