Exercise is my absolute bete noir, so I joined Defined Fitness Gym and today I meet with a trainer. I have gone three times, so far, and just done the stationary bike, but it does seem to make a difference. Let's see what this evening brings.

  Small progressive steps are the key. I had three restarts with gym time before I really got in the swing of it. I loved to put in 20 minutes on a treadmill then hit the weight machines twice though. I loved to see my endurance and speed on the treadmill grow each week.
