The magic formula :
2 cups brown rice to 3 cups water! Just right! Firm enough to have pleasant bite but soft enough to swallow! This is only my 2nd time cooking brown rice! The first time, I put in too much water and it turned out too mushy. Like midway to porridge! Yuck! But still edible though.........
And my Dad actually ate it! Him! Who calls brown rice and whole wheat bread 'grass'! LOL!
