My thigh and calf measurements have gone back down to my baseline week, so I feel safe in my assumption that the small gain I saw last week was either to do with the large amount of lower body work I was doing requiring extra repair, shark week, or a combination of both. Either way, I'm ok now.
Originally I was put off by the fact that the scale had gone up.. until I took my BF% and calculated. So sure, I may have gained a pound overall, but I've lost over a pound of fat. That means far more to me, so F-YOU scale! ^_^

Positives this week:
emoticon I have felt a bit more motivated overall, which rocks
emoticon I've preplanned my strength workouts to make sure I'm not neglecting anything with my 'winging it'
emoticon Gotten a bit more efficient with the circuit aspect on my own
emoticon Even when someone takes a machine I was planning to use in a set, I can change plans on the spot fairly well to not lose my elevated heart rate
emoticon I completely blew off some idiots in a car that called me fat and did not even have it affect me
emoticon I've submitted a unit for one of my correspondence courses
emoticon I LOVE PROTEIN! It makes my day so much better, as I'm hardly ever hungry (I made a huge batch of turkey meatballs earlier in the week and bring them to work to snack on. Having easily accessible protein to snack on has made a huge difference)

Things to work on
emoticon I need to devote -more- time to my correspondence work. What I'm doing now is ok, but I think I need a bit more just to be sure
emoticon Put more effort into my workouts, even if I'm tired. I had a really crappy kickboxing class on Thursday because I was being lazy, and I don't think my instructor has had to nag at me so much since I first started
