2. 10-min "wake-up yoga" made me feel better, more limber
3. Old friend brought healthy, yummy lunch over
4. Old friend took me to massage parlor for a wonderful massage & foot scrub
5. Old friend also brought funny documentary for us to watch on her iPad
BONUS: Old friend brought gifts from her trip to Hawai'i
