My commitment diary - breakup and moving on

Monday, August 06, 2012

Breaking up with all things chocolate. I love chocolate and thats a BIG understatement. But the fact that I binge on it ,may be, is being disrespectful to the delicate flavors and the wonderful warm feeling that it provides.
Today, Monday August 6th 2012, i make a promise to myself and to chocolate that i will not abuse it.
It will be tough , but i will give it my best shot.

Havent been doing too good on this one. But have definitely moved to eating in moderation and eating sugar free and dark varieties.
    Keeping my fingers crossed.

It is a tough battle to eliminate chocolate so it is best to just eat it in moderation. Most days I can do that now.

seems like once you are able to beat the sugar addiction the dark, not-so-sweet kind or even with the chili in it will taste wonderful. you will be able to savor it! you will be happy with less than a suggested serving. just give it time.

you are doing fantastic. so proud for you! emoticon
