Day 7; 1 Week!

Today was a good day. I had plans to meet up with people for brunch (including brunch booze) at 10, so I got up early and went on a bike ride. I rode 22 miles (takes 1.5 hours), then went to breakfast. I had two drinks, everyone else had 4, and I picked a skillet meal with scrambled eggs, lots of peppers, and potatoes. I should have said "half cheese" but I didn't. Oh well. I ate well today, even with the cheesy breakfast. The 22 mile bike ride also banked a LOT of calories burned for the day.
I'm eating dinner as I type this. I made a mix of quinoa, chicken, broccoli, onion, and jalepeno with cilantro and a bunch of spices. It's....odd. Not bad, but not so good either. Kind of a weird mix of flavors. Oh well.
Tomorrow will be a weigh in day. I get all stressed out about the scale, hoping to see changes and I feel like I rarely do. I guess I'll see tomorrow.... I think I might also take a couple measurements with a tape measure, maybe those will show changes. This is really all over the place.
