My Big Plan

My big plan is a lot of little things. I plan to build a lot of new habits that will help me reach my big goals. I want to be stronger and healthier. I will work on small habits that push me forward to reach my big plan. I want to take one small step at a time. I will measure and track my small goals to make sure I am building new habits. I will reward my success with a new plant that often I will grow from seeds. In the winter, I will reward myself with a gardening item as I wait to plant again.

If I fall; I will get up and keep moving forward.
It is ok to fall;however, I do not plan to stay down!

I am ready for my journey.
I will do this because it is important- it is my health.

    Gardens for Life, what a fantastic blog!! You have taken small seedlings planted them , oh so carefully, and are now watching them grow. Their growth depends on you, and is vital to you. You water them each day with 8 8oz. of water each day, may seem like your over watering them, but you're not. You take each bud that comes forth and work on it, you track it into nutrition and into fitness, Wow all this from just one little seed!!!
