My big plan is a lot of little things. I plan to build a lot of new habits that will help me reach my big goals. I want to be stronger and healthier. I will work on small habits that push me forward to reach my big plan. I want to take one small step at a time. I will measure and track my small goals to make sure I am building new habits. I will reward my success with a new plant that often I will grow from seeds. In the winter, I will reward myself with a gardening item as I wait to plant again.
If I fall; I will get up and keep moving forward.
It is ok to fall;however, I do not plan to stay down!
I am ready for my journey.
I will do this because it is important- it is my health.
I believe we can all do it!
We just have to keep pushing forward.
