So - after 7 good weeks of fitness - I have shin splints. I am really frustrated because I am two pounds away from a good number - and want to get there NOW!! I am also close to making my first 100 miles on the treadmill - and now I am afraid I am going to be side tracked.
On one hand - I can celebrate that my 'transformation' is becoming real - because I am caring about these things, not what is in the fridge.
On the other hand - I am afraid if I am not doing the work - all I am going to be thinking about is what is the fridge!
I am going to spend less time worrying about my reaction and more time creating a reaction plan. Then - I can only ef it up but so much, right?
