Why yes, this is the program that I am going to be starting tomorrow! I am a Beachbody coach and have had HUGE success with their programs! I find that I do so much better with my fitness if I follow a scheduled workout porgram! I have not completed P90X as I do get slightley annoyed with Tony Horton, but I know his workouts are proven to give great results!
So for the next 73 days(that is how long I have til my Florida trip), I will be doing this hybrid, along with TURBO KICK9(I teach 3 classes a week) along with a short and long run once a week(Half marathon at the end of October!)
I am super excited to get my cardio as well as strength training!
