Run, walk, bike or elliptical daily 30-60 minutes
Keeping healthy food choices readily accessible.
Logging in to SparkPeople.Encouraging others. Reading other Sparker's blogs.
Logging exercise minutes.
Logging daily food intake, most of the time. Well......
Inconsistently logging food intake.
Snacking small amounts each evening, again and again and not logging it.
Eating healthy foods but in portions beyond what I need.
Tighter clothes.
Scale numbers causing me grief.
Self-deprecating attitude.
Read the above again and GET WITH THE PROGRAM.

    Well said. I, too, am overcoming some slippage that's been creeping into my eating habits. I'm working diligently to regain my 5 lb cushion again (to be 105 lbs down) and being closer to a 22 BMI. Stay alert and love who you are regardless of where you're at in this journey. As we get a better handle on this, we'll see success both at the scale and off.
