Today I discovered Sparkpeople.net and signed up. While I've never had a blog, I think a weekly blog entry might be a great way to look back and watch my progress. And even if I am the only one reading my blog, I still think it is a great way to stay accountable.
So today I'm doing measurements, putting together my profile page and working on a menu for the week. Also, I'm going to post my three goals I selected (if I can find them again on the website) around my house -- I think that was actually one of the goals.
For the first two weeks:
1. Prepare 2-3 healthy snacks a day (this should help me keep a handle on the mindless snacking I am apt to do without a plan).
2. Post my goals around the house where I will see them (My goals being: Exercise, stay on plan and track my progress.)
3. Exercise every day (5 days of cardio, and daily strength videos).
