I'm still in the fight. So far, I have tracked all of the food I plan to eat today. I am planning to come up with a strategy for school. Maybe if I can preplan my breakfast and lunch, I can track dinner when I get home. It feels good to master any goal, so I need this one to keep going. So, I am going to set it up as a streak to see how long I can track my food.
I got exercise out of the way just in time, right before it rained. My kids and I went out for a bike ride. We did it for 15 minutes. If I get a chance, I may even do my yoga or the elliptical. No excuses now. Like the old folks say, as long as I keep saying Good Morning, I have to keep up these habits. I am worth it and I am looking forward to being proud of myself.
