Today was a little better than the last few. I got up this morning and walked 3 miles with hubby! This afternoon we went to Subway (where I chose healthy) and then we shopped for a few hours. I got a new pair of Nike workout shoes! :)
But then....this afternoon I've binged. I know - it spells disaster! However, at this point there isn't much else in the house that is unhealthy for me to binge on so this week (ALL WEEK) will be better!! I have planned it all out and Friday night will be dinner out with a little treat afterwards. This is the only time this week that I will be getting away from the plans and the goals.
6:00am - wake up and take a shower
6:15am - drink a cup of coffee
6:30am - walk for 30 minutes
8:00am - eat a smoothie for breakfast (almond cherry vanilla)
12:00pm - do a quick 15 minute workout
12:30pm - lunch (tbd)
6:00pm - do another quick 15 minute workout
6:30pm - dinner (tbd)
9:30pm - bed
For the remainder of the week - my plan will follow something similar to this. Friday morning is weigh in.
