I haven't been about blogging lately and it's not because I gave up or got lazy, it is because there wasn't much to write about. I am still tracking my food every day and still having troubles eating within my calorie range-I am below it most of the time, but allow myself to go over once a week. When it comes to working out I have my good and my bad days. I jut try to make it a good day every day because it is easy to fall back into old habits and not work out at all.
Today I was below my calorie range, so I allowed myself some ice cream- yummy. Funny thing is that even with some ice cream I still didn't meet the goal of at least 1200 calories a day. Suddenly, I wanted some chips which is weird because I hardly ever eat chips and I never buy them. I didn't want to be over my fat range and we all know how hard it would be with chips. It was time to ask my friend Google again. What I found was a recipe for microwave chips and of course, I had to try them. They were good-I still have to work on the seaoning, but with fat-free cooking spray they were a nice calory reduced way of snacking.
