Hanging in there!

Sunday, August 05, 2012

HI Everyone!

I want to apologize for repeating this paragraph on my team page and here as a blog, but I am so very pressed on time this morning......

I had an exhausting weekend.... Oldest daughter had spine surgery on Thursday and we were gone until Saturday. We did manage to slip out to the lake and do about 5 hours of boating on Wednesday before her surgery on Thursday. Great day and boy did I sweat!
My new picture is of me and DH on the boat.....

I did indulge in one of my late night snack aramas with vienna sausages and a cup of instant potatoes last night after we got home and comfortable..... I guess it was a test to see if I was still in charge or something. Who knows with my brain!

I'm down 4 pounds since last week so as long as I don't sabotage myself today and eat like a whale, I might have a decent loss this week! I can see that not binging in the night DOES allow me to drop weight. My official weight in is tomorrow so we will see.....

Have an awesome Sunday my friends!

Hi Debbie...Hope all went well with your daughter's surgery...Glad you were able to enjoy some time on the lake as well. Taking care of you is as important as taking care of everyone else..I am just now starting to learn that. Congratulations on losing those 4 pounds..WOW! Keep up the great work.

I love the photo of you and hubby on the lake!

Yep, binging (at any time) is not going to be helpful. emoticon

Be strong today, lady, and look forward to that great weigh-in.
