I did it! Granted I had to improvise a few times, but all in all, super happy with my progress. I am down 3 lbs from the start of the week and most importantly, I feel better!
Here is what last posted:
Sunday: Drink 8, 8 oz. glasses of water. DONE! + 5 mile bike ride along with a 20 minute walk with the stroller!
Monday: Plan dinner so I'm not flying by the seat of my pants come 6 pm when I get home. DONE - we had leftovers from Sunday.
Tuesday: Walk with the boys after dinner for 1 mile. DONE - also added in Jackie Warner's workout DVD last night since the boys were in bed and asleep by 8:30.
Wednesday: Duplicate of Monday and Tuesday. 1/2 DONE - chicken stir fry on the menu for tonight - completely DONE!
Thursday: Morning walk/jog with the boys (see first paragraph) DONE - went for a 1/2 mile walk with the boys in the stroller and a run with Lane later that evening.
Friday: See Thursday + ride bike 10 miles - DONE, but with some improvising, was not able to ride bike, so went for 42 minute run with Lane in the stroller. It was also raining in the morning so was not able to take the boys for a walk as planned.
Saturday: DONE!!!!!! No morning walk again because of weather, but I ran 1.5 miles with Lane in the stroller and did a Jackie Warner workout DVD. I also focused on water. I didn't make my 8, 8 oz. water goal, but was close and I'm okay with that.
Sunday: In progress - but with improvising, once Lane wakes up from his nap I am going to go for a walk in the stroller. My leg muscles are super tight from yesterday's run and workout so am going to take it easy in that regard. Healthy treats to come...with pictures! (I hope!)
Goals for next week:
Monday: Jackie Warner workout DVD + dinner in the crock pot so I am prepared come evening
Tuesday: Focus again on water + rest day + maybe a walk with the boys in the stroller. I am okay with a REST day though.
Wednesday: Run with Lane in the stroller + plan dinner ahead + focus on H20
Thursday: AM walk with the boys + evening run + workout DVD
Friday: AM walk with the boys + yoga DVD + focus on H20
Saturday: AM run with Lane in the stroller
Sunday: AM walk with Lane in the stroller + cook healthy treats, prep for weekly meals + focus on water.
Goal: Lose another 2 lbs and finally get around to taking measurements. I know this will show more progress than the scale.
