Hi Sparkers!
OUR MID-SUMMER SUNDAY! 13.33 summer weeks divided in half is now!
HOW'S IT GOING?
MYSELF, I'M DOWN 26.XXX LBS FROM THE START OF THE SEASON.
ALTHOUGH FEELING LIKE IT'S GETTING TO BE A BIG STRUGGLE TO STAY ON TRACK FROM NOW ON. AND I STILL HAVE A YEAR OF WEIGHT LOSS AHEAD OF ME... YUCH.
MY DAILY FOOD / DRINK BINGES ARE NOT CURED JUST MILDLY UNDER CONTROL. I CAN STILL HAVE 24 OZ - 30 OZ COFFEE IN ONE DAY --- WAY TOO MUCH! HAVE TO CUT DOWN ON COFFEE ENTIRELY.
WELL, HOW??? IF I GO OUT ON A LONG, SLOW DISTANCE (LSD) WALK, AFTER THE WALK I POP INTO A STARBUCKS OR SOMETHING AND HAVE A COFFEE RIGHT AWAY.
