I started taking raspberry ketones on August 1. In the five days that I've been taking them, I've lost 2 lbs. I don't know if that's due to the raspberry ketones or just what I would have lost anyway. I guess I'll stick with it awhile and see.
I'm not trying to find something to take so that I don't need to diet or exercise. I'm fully committed to eating healthy and getting in shape. But at times, especially since I've gotten older, my metabolism seems to stall and it takes longer to lose 2 lbs. So if I can just find something that will help with that, I will be happy.
If the raspberry ketones don't work, I may try green coffee bean extract. There's actually been more research done on that product than the raspberry ketones, and the research has shown good results.
If nothing else, with the raspberry ketones, at least they give me sweet, fruity breath. Best smelling and tasting pill I've ever taken! :)
