Even though I've been working out a lot (still doing Zumba and Kickboxing), I have still only lost 15 pounds. The past month has been strange and I've been slipping. We had family visiting and we did a lot of traveling & eating the wrong things. Everything should be back to normal now. I really want to lose at least 10 more pounds by October when my husband and I go on our 2nd cruise. I'd like to have the option of wearing a bikini, whether I would or not.
I keep reading about the success of those who log their calories and I'm going to try this ... AGAIN ... starting today. I hope to report to you that I kept it up and that it works. So far, the longest I've tracked my food is about 1 day.
