So I start to slow down my enthusiasm at three weeks. I'm losing weight, but slowly. And I'm hungry most of the time. Even after eating tons of fruit. And I get tired of eating in all of the time. Breakfast is the hardest for me. As I eat in the night and then I don't have any points to use for breakfast. So I need to only eat no calorie items in the middle of the night.
I also need to start planning for travel and seeing what works.
