Feeling a bit better today. I do think blogging is going to help. Started my morning exercising from a chair. Had cereal and banana for breakfast. Lunch was a banquet tv dinner. I know they are high in sodium but at least the calories are low and I know exactly how many I am taking in. Not strong enough yet to totally depend on myself. Snacked on just cherries today. Dinner is in the crockpot, a hamburger potato dish. Dinner is my worst time of day. Pray for me if you pray, that I will be strong. Not giving up. Now off to go walk the length of my house. God bless.
