Hmmm... another plateau?

I weigh on the first Saturday of each month. The past several months have brought the following results:

February: 6.9 pounds lost from previous month
March: 1.4 pounds
April: 0.4 pounds
May: 8.8 pounds
June: 6.6 pounds
July: 7.2 pounds
August: 0.8 pounds

When I hit that plateau back in March-April... my dietician increased my protein, which clearly broke the plateau and started the weight loss again. Not sure if that is what is going on again now. Not sure if I should ask her about it, or wait until next month to see if the plateau continues. I guess it would be better to ask, than to waste another month. Maybe I just need another tweak in my foodplan. I was really hoping to hit my goal weight by the end of the year... that isn't looking so likely now. :(
