I feel like I have been stuck in neutral for a couple of months now. I've lost another pound (and enjoyed an awesome anniversary weekend of yummy food: chocolate covered strawberries, champange, coconut shrimp and cocktails and full breakfasts) while cycling enough miles to keep my weight in check.
But I just don't have the momentum to get my butt out of bed at 5 a.m. to get on the treadmill and bust out a couple of miles, or even start ST. I've been dragging in the morning...feeling so dang tired when the alarm goes off.
I still have another 38 pounds that I want to lose this year. And 5 months to do it in. That is a little under 8 pounds a month and 1.8 pounds a week...VERY doable.
Time to JUST DO IT.
