So I started fresh about a week ago. I was so scared of the scale I didn't dare weigh myself.
I did it today after lunch and I am so ashamed that I am over 200 again. I CAN do this.
My issue is getting the fitness in during my work week. I am so tired because I already get up at 5 am. I am just tired.
I need to get it in no matter what. I am making excuses again.
anyone want to be my buddy and check in with me about my fitness goals? I need help on this.
How do you get fitness in after work? How do you manage to eat right while working?
Just asking for a few pointers.
