logging on and getting fitness in

So I started fresh about a week ago. I was so scared of the scale I didn't dare weigh myself.
I did it today after lunch and I am so ashamed that I am over 200 again. I CAN do this.

My issue is getting the fitness in during my work week. I am so tired because I already get up at 5 am. I am just tired.

I need to get it in no matter what. I am making excuses again.

anyone want to be my buddy and check in with me about my fitness goals? I need help on this.

How do you get fitness in after work? How do you manage to eat right while working?

Just asking for a few pointers.

    Get over it makeing escuses is a one time deal and you did that already now pick your self off the couch and just do it.. go swimming with the boys after work in the lake for 30 minutes you will feel energized and not remember you worked out... lol mom

    I just started a new job two weeks ago coming off of my birthday and already being kind of lazy....I have to get up around 5-530 for my job too and it's been a struggle. I've started doing bodyrock type workouts that are usually no longer 20 minutes and average about 12 minutes each.....they're short and I'd rather do LONGER workouts more often but....I'd rather do HIIT workouts everyday rather than not workout at all....

    I'll be your online buddy if you want. For me, it's all about the accountability. If I didn't hold myself to logging into Spark and tracking each day, I would make absolutely NO progress with my diet or at the gym.
