Talk Spark. Casually or with bravado , talk Spark.
I have been a member of Spark People for several years. At first, I was gung-ho and wanted to save my friends' health by getting them into SP. Two joined and one is active.
So I gave up the hard sell. But I continued to talk Spark. I quoted research I read there. I did some healthy eating as positive example. Got up early to do some Sparkin' . And included some activity in my own life. All along, I would only casually "spark talk". I have the "I love Spark People" cling in my car window. I talk Spark.
Imagine my surprise last month when my daughter said she'd referred her friend to Spark People. (I thought she never listened to me.) Then yesterday, my niece wrote that she had lost 35 pounds on Spark and thanks me for mentioning it.
Talk Spark, the life you help may belong to a dear one.
