I'm going to "detox" my body by:

Eating only whole foods / organic

Drinking tons of water

and

Some green tea (decaf)

Get some exercise, even if just a walk outside

Stretching routine

Still no drinking or smoking

and

MORE WATER

    OK so how is the detox doing. How long did you do this? I have to write my goals, and things down, to make sure I do what I expect of me. Take care.
