Being a mother of 3, step mom of 2, and a grandmother of 1, a wife to a needy, but loving husband, my days go by quickly. Having a home to run, bills to manage, entertaining my youngest daughter and her friends for the summer, yard work, and grocery shopping, where can I find the extra time to put in several hours on a slow computer to maintain my spark people points and trackings. Any suggestions send them my way.
In the meantime I have learned one vital piece of information I would like to share.
Here it is.... If at any point you are feeling overwhelmed remember this, an overwhelmed feeling leads to anxiety which in turns leads to that annoying empty feeling in the top part of your stomach which triggers your brain to thinking it needs food.
Remedy..., slow down, calm down, take a deep breath,analyze the situation "is it worth getting all worked up over?". Most likely not, then think about your last meal, has it been with in 3 hours since you last ate? most likely. After you calm down and breathe, if you need a healthy snack go for it. The feeling of being overwhelmed is not worth gaining that extra pound or two. Hope everyone finds their weekend a great one and stay cool.
