Weigh in Tomorrow

Tomorrow is my weigh in day and honestly, I'm a bit nervous. Not because I haven't done what I should, but because I sneaked a peak at the scale this morning and it didn't look like it has budged.

If that happens, I can't lie - I will be so bummed. I've worked my butt off this past week at the gym and I've kept track of my food. The only thing I can think that messed me up is that I ate out twice this week. I know I was over 200 calories one night, but not sure about the other-though I thought I made really good choices.

Oh well, not much I can do about it all now. Well see what happens in the morning.


Onward we go...

    Don't let the scale disappoint you. Every day you are doing the right things. Your scale will move ~ keep going day by day, you are making it happen! I've been on a plateau for a while, so I know the sadness of the scales not cooperating. Here is the thing, as we exercise and eat differently our bodies are revamping, muscling up, getting fit! woo hoo! emoticon
