before the week is up I better get in my weekly blog.
So what have I been up to this week? the walk/jog program we are up to 3 minutes walking with 2 minutes jogging. Yep it feels tough but guess what- we started out at 4 minutes walking and a 1 minute jogging and then I thought I was going to die! So we have gotten better, yes a long ways to go but that will come in time.
For anyone thinking of starting- go for it! You never know what you are capable of until you get out an try. I never thought I would be able to jog at all and I finally tried. I would be one of those people that you probably laugh at when you see me out jogging, but hey- I am out there trying and in the process becoming healthier.
