Well although I had dropped down to 169 by mid July but by the end of the month, a # crept back on putting me @ 170#s as I head into August. So it's time to post my goals for August, so here goes.....
* Drink 8-10 cups of water daily
*180 minutes of cardio weekly
*3-4 servings of fruits & veggies daily
*Keep carbs to no more than 180 per day
*lose 2#s to put me @ 168 by the end of August.
