After reading all of YOUR posts, I am so proud of you, for joining Spark People & your commitment to health! I started March 16, 2012. Aug 3, 2012= I am the same weight to the ounce, exactly as last week! I'm going to be traveling for 2 weeks I was hoping for a big release this week.
So I will remember what I have done SO far!
I'm down 2 dress sizes; I can walk a 10K; I can swim for 1 hour; I know that even if it is raining, I will keep moving forward; I LOVE my new perfect fitting clothes; My Self Esteem is higher than it has been in 4 years; I am a help to my Spark Friends & Teams; I am meeting new people in my physical life, while I am walking; I can do Sheppard Pilates Intermediate 2 times a week; I can sleep 8 hours a day, all the way through; I can look at my vision gallery in 3-D, daily; I read my goals, daily; I have more patience with my family & friends AND me, too! I feel deeper love & joy & know how to let the little problems go AND how to help the big problems without over eating; OK this all helped me find my Sunnyside Up! Thanks Spark People!
My support to all my Sparkling Friends! YOUR help is what IS making a difference in my life! I will be traveling for work & play starting Sunday 8-5. First a Lake to stay on, then onto Hollywood & Anaheim to perform & go to a D23 Disney event. FUN, FUN, FUN! I will be taking foods to help me along the way, it has been awhile since I have traveled. I am taking my laptop, so I maybe able to Spark, after some of the events. Not sure, yet! I love YOU & am thinking of YOU!
