So happy this week - raised my steps per day from 500 to 750. What a surprise! It sneaked up on me that I was actually increasing my steps. Looking at the report, it struck me that it was time to up the ante.

The first step was replacing my old WW pedometer. Hubby gave me a new one for my BD last week - a SportLine Digital Motion Sensor that is light and clips on my waistband. I had planned to purchase the one on the SPark product page, but I won't look a gift-horse in the mouth. LOL {It means the world to me that hubby is so supportive. :) }

I have a good feeling that I will be raising that step goal again very soon. I am feeling better and stronger every day I stick to my plan. This may not seem like a big thing to my old self that easily walked 10,000 steps a day - easily; but believe me, Self, it is HUGE! emoticon
