Just over a week ago I had an interview with one of the Senior Producers at CBC Live Right Now and was informed they were posting my story today. It was neat to read - seeing what he pulled out of our half hour interview. I even got to put the plug in about SparkPeople (while they didn't put as much emphasis on it as I did in my interview - but it's understandable because their site is kind of the same in promoting healthy eating, exercise, articles, etc). This is really 'sweet' as I just celebrated my 6 Year SP Anniversary on July 31st. I certainly have come a long way and I am very grateful to SP and all my wonderful SP Friends for contributing to my journey that has brought me to where I am today.

And today - well I am having an incredible day so far (and it's not even noon)... Started by cleaning out my pantry, fridge and freezer - getting rid of all the old/outdated stuff and the JUNK. I got in my one hour walk by the river (3.5miles), did my ChaLEAN Extreme 20 mins Fitness Test and her Burn Circuit 2 in (2 hours total) and have my swim planned this afternoon with CHEFKATLEANER.
