I want my August goals to be specific, measurable and attainable. Great goals will not help me if they are not reachable.
My August Goals:
1. Eat a healthy/veggie evening snack.
I will prepare a snack that is mainly veggie early in the day.
The snack will be low calorie and low sodium.
I will work toward having that snack 4 days per week.
*week 1 & 2- 3 days
*week 3 & 4- 4 days
2.Clean and organize my hall closet before August 30.
3. Clean and organize our storage closet at work by August 30.
4. Increase aerobic exercise.
I plan to use my Leslie Sansone -'Walk At Home ' 3 times per week.
Most of my fitness minutes come from working in the garden. I enjoy it and I believe it is a good activity. I want to add this dvd and other dvds to make sure I get enough aerobic activity.
I use the tracker now and will continue to track my fitness minutes.
I want to stay focused and reach these small steps toward my bigger goals of being stronger/healthier and more organized.
