Hooray! I feel pretty accomplished today! It is still early in the morning and I have finished all of my planned exercise for the day! :)

    I put Greek Yogurt in my morning smoothies. LOVE IT!

Also I learned pasteurized egg whites are really good to put in there too. They're FULL of protein.

    Very inspirational! I am doing zumba this week but I want to add in 30DS next week. I did it last year and it was HARD :) I can't believe you did it after running!
