I haven't done that in ages. Maybe now I can start a trend with my chair exercises. They each are thirty minutes long and the time flies by. I also have been reading up on how honey and flaxseed are good for you so I'm having a daily wheat toast with RAW honey on it and cinnamon its good for you on all levels.
I just want to feel good about myself again. I feel good about myself when I exercise and workout. I just want to lose the first twenty pounds. It took me a week and a half but I lost five pounds so that's a start.
Does anyone else here do chair exercise? I want the one called Chair-a-cise that has more intense exercises on it and uses free weights I could use three pound ones and do that one too. I'm saving to buy that one as a reward for myself to lose the first twenty pounds. Fifteen to go God willing. WW.
